Yesterday was my two years on T anniversary. Holy shit. So crazy to think about. Time goes by faster than ya think… which is why this whole weekly 5 thing seems to really help. So here is this weeks 5.
- Save $20 times are tough, it is christmas.
- Study for my personal trainers Cert.
- Start tracking my workouts and weights better to see progress and stay motivated.
- Continue to drink more water.
- Rest/control anxiety.
