Weekly 5

Yesterday was my two years on T anniversary. Holy shit. So crazy to think about. Time goes by faster than ya think… which is why this whole weekly 5 thing seems to really help. So here is this weeks 5.

  1. Save $20 times are tough, it is christmas.
  2. Study for my personal trainers Cert.
  3. Start tracking my workouts and weights better to see progress and stay motivated.
  4. Continue to drink more water.
  5. Rest/control anxiety.
